  To upgrade your software to a new version, request an upgrade code then download the software and you will be billed for it.

  Order an additional module or increase the number of donors for your software and you will be billed for it.
  To transfer your software to a new computer, first do a backup to a memory stick or CD. Bring it to the new computer and find the file:
  BDONSETUP.EXE
Then double-click the file to install the software. Then restore the data from the memory stick or CD. If you need help then contact us.
  If you have a problem with your software, then explain it to technical support. You may require an update - if so, click here to download it.
