Donarius® Modules for a Business
The available modules for businesses are as follows:
Accounts Receivable	This module records each purchase order that a customer requests. When you print your invoices you have the option of showing the amount owed as well as the actual amount paid. You will be able to mail (or email) a reminder letter to customers who fall short on their payments.
Import Online Orders	Donarius imports your online orders in a few steps. It is integrated with PayPal and any other system that can download a list of orders to a CSV file.
Customized Invoices	This module lets you design your own invoices so that they can: a) have items placed wherever you want b) include several graphics files c) have a message of any length d) have different font styles and sizes e) include any field from the donor     database f) be personalized for different customer     types, customer characteristics, payment     methods, etc. We will setup one customized invoice, letter or email for you at no charge. Additional ones are $20.00 each.
Print Personalized Letters and Send Personalized Emails/Text Messages	To keep your customers informed about your company you should send them personalized letters, emails or text messages. This module is also used to send follow-up letters and email to your leads to convert them into paying customers. When you want to print letters or send out emails, you tell Donarius® which customers you want to send them to. There are a variety of criteria you can select. For example, you can select donors based on whether they did or did not buy in a certain date range to certain income accounts. For each customer you also specify how they prefer to be contacted. (ie. by letter, email or text message) Only those customers who want a letter will get one and only those who prefer getting an email or text message will get one. You will be able to preview each before sending it out. Then you can print your letters or send out your emails/text messages. To email your invoices as PDF files you need this module. We will setup one customized invoice, letter or email for you at no charge. Additional ones are $20.00 each.
Customer Photos/Documents	Store a photo of each customer or point to a folder that has documents or a contract filled out by the customer.
